There is no minimum order requirement (except for custom and semi-custom tissue/wax paper and for custom labels). We make it easy for you to fill in just a few products, as your needs arise...helping you control costs and reduce your need for storage space! .
Small Order Fees
We know that sometimes as a small business you don't need to place a full order, only one or two items will get you through. For this reason we offer small quantities with no minimum requirement. This is however, a costly service for us to provide so in order to continue offering this service while keeping our prices and freight charges low, we add a nominal ($12.50) fee to small orders (those under $75).
Premier Packaging offers you a variety of payment options:
- CREDIT CARD - We are pleased to accept VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
- TERMS - Customers requesting an open account will be asked to complete a credit application. Terms are Net 30 for credit approved accounts. Please contact us for an application. Customer's choosing to pay by terms must pay via check.

Most orders are shipped via UPS. Upon your request, we will gladly ship your order by either First Day or Second Day air (Please Note that orders with expedited freight will only be shipped same day if they are placed before 12:00PM Eastern Time. Expedited freight only runs Mon-Fri. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional fee and must be requested in the comments on the order. ). You will be responsible for additional charges. You will be responsible for any additional taxes and duties on international shipments, additional taxes and duties are calculated offline after the order is placed. for more information please contact our customer service department at 800-203-5558. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours.

We will pay regular ground freight on all stock orders shipped anywhere in the contiguous US (Alaska and Hawaii excluded from free freight)...just one of the many extras that set us apart from the competition! Small order fees still apply. Free freight applies to one ship to address.

We stand behind our products! If, for any reason you’d like to return what you’ve purchased, go ahead…no questions asked!
If the product is defective we will also reimburse you for the return shipping cost.
Items must be returned in full cases.
To return products follow the instructions on the return label included in your order. If you lost your return label you can easily download and print a new one here.
We are happy to provide added value to our customers by offering many closeout items at a discount from our already low prices. However, please note that since we no longer stock these items they are not returnable/refundable and not eligible for free shipping.

Same Day Shipping
Web orders placed by 11:00am EST are shipped out of our warehouse by the end of that business day. In order to qualify, you must be a returning customer and the order must be placed through your online customer account. Policy applies only to items that are in stock in our main warehouse and are not being customized.
