Minimum Order
There is no minimum order requirement. We make it easy for you to fill in just a few products, as your needs arise...helping you control costs and reduce your need for storage space! Processing fees do apply ($5 on orders under $500 or $10 on orders over $500).
Payment Options
Premier Packaging offers you a variety of payment options:
- CREDIT CARD - We are pleased to accept VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
- TERMS - Customers requesting an open account will be asked to complete a credit application. Terms are Net 30 for credit approved accounts. Please contact us for an application. Customer's choosing to pay by terms must pay via check.

Shipping
Most orders are shipped via UPS or RPS. Upon your request, we will gladly ship your order by either First Day or Second Day air (Please Note that orders with expedited freight will only be shipped same day if they are placed before 12:00PM Eastern Time. Expedited freight only runs Mon-Fri. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional fee and must be requested in the comments on the order. ). You will be responsible for additional charges. You will be responsible for any additional taxes and duties on international shipments, additional taxes and duties are calculated offline after the order is placed. for more information please contact our customer service department at 1-800-203-5558. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours.

Freight Charges
We will pay regular ground freight on stock orders totaling $500 or more (not including custom printing) shipped anywhere in the contiguous US (Alaska and Hawaii excluded from free freight)...just one of the many extras that set us apart from the competition! Processing fees still apply.
Items marked *NFF* require that you pay freight for that product. If your web subtotal is $500 or greater with NFF items in the cart you will receive free freight on all non-NFF items, having only to pay freight for the NFF products in the order.
Product Returns
We stand behind our products! If you ever receive an item that is defective due to workmanship or materials, just return it. We will immediately send you a replacement. Please call for a Return Authorization Number for all returns. Returns must be made within 60 days of invoice. We do not accept returns of holiday merchandise after December 15th.

Quantity Discounts
Quantity discounts apply to many of our products. The specific discount for each product is published in or near that product. All discounts are deducted automatically and do not need to be requested.
Closeout Products:
We are happy to provide added value to our customers by offering many closeout items at a discount from our already low prices. However, please note that since we no longer stock these items they are not returnable/refundable and not eligible for free shipping.
Back Orders:
Back orders totaling under $20 will not be accepted and removed from the order. You may call our customer service department at 800-203-5558 to find out status of product inventory.

Custom Orders - Ships in 5 Days or it's FREE Guarantee
The maximum order size that can be printed within 5 business days is 5,000 pieces or orders using one or two printing plates. Orders larger then 5,000 pieces or two printing plates, the balance will be shipped within 10 business days. For new orders the lead time is 5 days from receipt of the plate. This offer only applies to hot stamping (not ink printing) and in the event that it takes longer then 5 days we will refund the hot stamping charges and any applicable plate fees, you will still be responsible for the price of the packaging.
Please note: 5 day shipping applies to in-stock merchandise. Euro totes and special order products will ship with the same criteria as a new plate. The finished custom print order will ship 5 days from receipt of product or plate which ever occurs last. For more details call our Customer Service dept.
