Thanks for stopping by. I could not agree more with you about the state of customer service. I truly believe that with all of the great technology available that it is not only possible for any business to provide this kind of personal service but it is easier, and more affordable then you might think. Thanks for the reminder that technology is really intended to make it easier to do business, not complicate things.

I think the key of the Vonage story is that the basic state of customer service today is horrible. So any company, big like Vonage or small like my local dry cleaner, can quickly rise to the top of a consumer&#039;s choice pile by simply doing that little extra bit to make it easy for me to do business with you.
